Read that. Quite entertaining if you ask me. Take Two is, understandably, trying to make is so that Thompson cannot speak out against GTA IV or Manhunt 2, or file any suits against Take Two or those games. He responded by counter sueing Take Two. Read this:

Now, read the entire letter he wrote about this suit. I find it extraordinarily entertaining:

He is obviously delusional. Because he thinks that God will help him in his fight to "destroy" Take Two. Now, whether or not you believe in God, I doubt he would help this man.
Also he's trying to say that Take Two, along with a long list of other huge names in the gaming industry, are involved in violating some sort of federal "RICO" act, which is basically only used to prosecute organized crime. I just thought some of you guys would find this interesting/funny.

Hes also naming Penny Arcade for charges of Racketeering for carrying out his "Modest Proposal" and then donating the money in his name (Not asking for any money for doing so.)

Heres a link on that:

And a comic about it:

Isn't it about time the Florida BAR takes away his license to live "practice law?"

I'm just extremely anxious to see what happens with this. One article asks what if he actually does manage to win for once?

I doubt he will, as his accusations are asinine.

If you ask me, I'm for the production of violent video games, it's a right to be able to make them. If it weren't for scientific experiments that proved that video games can be impressionable on a few kids, I would say fuck ESRB. However, I believe video games can sometimes create almost an "alternate reality" for what we call "crazy kids" who will become depersonalized when they bring a gun into school and shoot everyone. That's why I'm for stricter laws when it comes to the distribution of particularly violent video games.

Yeah I've heard of this as well. It's funny up until you start thinking if this guy actually believes what he says. Then it's scary.

Isn't he facing a disbarment hearing soon?
